It's his own original cartoon style. He's a creative individual who thinks for their own unique way of drawing. Try developing your own style because you will always feel inferior to the person youare emulating.

Thank you, I think it's time I finally heard that, I'm always trying to imitate the same style of everyone so I can be good too... but I always feel bad about my art.

It's fine to use other styles as inspiration to create your ow style. I mean, artists take years falling into a drawing style that is comfortable and specifically tailored to their skills, so chances are even highly skilled artists will have trouble copying other styles. Just find what works for you :)
