After wrapping up Wizard of Oz, we're moving onto adapting Marvelous Land of Oz and Marvel asked me for a quick teaser image for on of the books. Jack Pumpkin head seemed fitting.

It seems a little uneven with out the logo and info in the top corner, but you get the point.

Tho in the Land of Oz it is obliquely stated that Jack Pumpkinhead eventually died, a fool to his last day, later books stated that nobody dies in Oz. I left that question unanswered in my own fan-fic on Oz.

I did state the following...

Jack's head was mortal, and he would use the seeds to clone the brains. He would grow new pumpkinheads, select the best one, and replace his old head with it. He would take a scoop of seedmatter from the old, so his new head would have memories complete up to the moment of head transplanting.

It was stated that sometimes,the new head's seeds were not as ripe as they should have been -and he'd be a bit dumber than expected...
